According to Darpa,
- Flying car will move on land, at a max speed of 60mph, and
- Once in air, the speed would go up to 150mph with a 2-hour flight time
- Envisioned as two or four seat vehicles, these cars may be used for evacuation and delivery missions
- Likely to get morphing wings
- Optimized disk loading propulsion
- Strong flight control software
